Handel Institute Conference Awards are intended to help individuals attend a conference to read a paper or present a poster on a Handel-related subject. It is not necessary to wait until a proposed paper has been accepted before submitting an application for a Conference Award; however, funding will only be released once proof of acceptance has been received. Preference will be given to postgraduate students and early-career academics.
Applications must be submitted by one of the annual deadlines (30 April, 31 August and 30 November) so that any funding is awarded before the conference has taken place.
